Invest in
their development.
Transparent pricing. Purposeful training. Measurable progress.
At SFS Athletics, we believe athlete development requires more than occasional lessons. Our training programs are designed to build skills, confidence, and consistency through a structured development process.
Every athlete starts with an evaluation.
Know where you stand
Every new athlete begins with an evaluation designed to:
- Assess current skill level
- Identify strengths and development opportunities
- Establish individual training priorities
- Recommend the appropriate training environment
- Determine the best group placement when applicable
After the evaluation, families can decide whether SFS is the right fit before committing to ongoing training.
The initial evaluation does not require a membership.
One membership. Your entire household.

Frequently asked questions.
Do I need a membership for the initial evaluation?
No. Every new athlete can complete the initial evaluation before deciding whether to continue with SFS.
Is membership required for ongoing training?
Yes. Athletes who continue training after their evaluation must have an active SFS membership.
Does the membership include training sessions?
No. Training sessions are charged separately based on the type and duration of training selected.
Does the membership cover multiple children?
Yes. The membership is household-based, allowing eligible athletes within the same household to benefit.
Can my athlete participate in both hitting and catching?
Yes. SFS offers hitting and catching development programs. Individual sessions are booked and charged separately.
When can my athlete join a group session?
New athletes start with private one-on-one sessions. We move an athlete into a group once both the coaches and the athlete feel they understand the SFS curriculum and expectations. Group sessions work best when everyone knows the routine, so every athlete gets quality reps. When the time is right, we place your athlete in a group that fits their age and skill set.
How are hitting groups determined?
An SFS coach evaluates each athlete’s current skills and development needs to recommend the most appropriate group.
How are catching groups determined?
Coach Molly evaluates each athlete’s current skills and development needs to recommend the most appropriate group.
How do weekly group sessions work?
SFS will determine your weekly recurring group session based on your athlete’s age and skill set. If you are unable to attend your scheduled weekly session, we will work to find another time slot that week.
The next level starts with a decision.
Every athlete has potential. Our job is to help them develop it through intentional training, consistent work, and measurable progress.
