This website, sfsathletics.com, is run by SFS Athletics LLC, a baseball and softball training business in Phoenix, Arizona. In this policy, "SFS Athletics," "we," and "us" mean SFS Athletics LLC.

What we collect

Information you give us. If you send an inquiry through our Expansion form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, city and state, what you are interested in, your background, how you heard about us, and your consent checkbox. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to share.

Bookings and memberships. Evaluations, sessions, and memberships are scheduled and paid through Acuity Scheduling. Acuity collects the information needed to book and bill, such as parent and athlete names, contact details, and payment details. That information is handled under Acuity's own privacy policy. We do not see or store full payment card numbers.

Information collected automatically. Our website host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not currently use advertising trackers, social media pixels, or analytics cookies on this website. If that changes, we will update this page first.

How we use your information

• To reply to your inquiry or question.
• To schedule, deliver, and bill for training.
• To keep the website secure and working.
• To meet legal and tax obligations.

We will not add you to a marketing email list without your permission.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for the job: Formspree (delivers Expansion form submissions to us), Acuity Scheduling (bookings and payments), Vercel (website hosting), Google (email and fonts), and similar tools. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the safety and rights of our athletes, staff, and business.

How long we keep it

We keep Expansion inquiries for up to 12 months after your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we have an ongoing relationship. Booking and billing records are kept as long as needed for business, tax, and legal reasons.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@sfsathletics.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Children

Our website and forms are meant for parents, guardians, and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. Athlete details needed for training are provided by a parent or guardian when booking through Acuity. If you believe a child has sent us information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

Our pages link to other sites such as Acuity Scheduling, Around the Dirt, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date below.
